Child Safety Standards

Effective September 19, 2026

Our Commitment

ZNR Ventures LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Pop mobile application (the "App"). We have a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Protecting children is a fundamental priority, and these Standards describe how Pop prohibits, prevents, detects, and responds to CSAE, and how we comply with applicable child safety laws. These Standards apply to all users and all content on the App.

Prohibited Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited on Pop, without exception:

  • Creating, uploading, sharing, requesting, or linking to child sexual abuse material (CSAM), or any content that sexualizes minors.
  • Grooming, enticement, sextortion, or any attempt to sexually exploit, abuse, or endanger a minor.
  • Trafficking, solicitation, or facilitation of any form of child sexual abuse or exploitation.
  • Inappropriate or predatory contact with a minor, or any use of the App to harm a child.

Any violation results in immediate removal of the content, termination of the responsible account(s), and reporting to the appropriate authorities.

Minimum Age

Pop is not intended for and may not be used by anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly permit accounts for children under 13, and we take steps to remove such accounts and any associated data when we become aware of them.

Prevention and Detection

We use a combination of measures to keep the App safe:

  • Community moderation: Bubble hosts and representatives can moderate, edit, and remove content within their communities, and all users can remove their own content.
  • Reporting tools: Users can report content and other users directly in the App (see Section 5).
  • Blocking: Users can block others to prevent contact and hide content.
  • Enforcement review: Reported content and accounts are reviewed, and violating material is removed as quickly as reasonably possible.

Reporting Child Safety Concerns

Pop provides in-app mechanisms to report child safety concerns. You can report abusive content or users using the in-app report and block controls available on posts, comments, messages, and profiles.

You may also report child safety concerns directly to us at contact@popexplore.com, or through our support page. Reports concerning the safety of a child are treated as urgent and prioritized.

Our Response and Reporting to Authorities

When we identify or receive a report of apparent CSAE or CSAM, we act promptly to:

  • Remove the offending content and disable the responsible account(s);
  • Preserve relevant information as required or permitted by law; and
  • Report apparent CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or the relevant regional and national authorities, in accordance with applicable law.

We comply with all applicable child safety laws and cooperate with law enforcement and relevant authorities in their investigations.

Designated Point of Contact

We maintain a designated point of contact who is able to speak to Pop's CSAM prevention practices and compliance. You can reach this contact at:

Updates to These Standards

We may update these Standards from time to time. We will post any changes on this page and update the "Effective Date" above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Standards.
